Hingey Sideboard

About product

This is a cabinet boldly displaying beautiful oak and craftsmanship with flair.

Rather than apologising for proprietary hardware, James makes a virtue of the workshop-made wooden hinges. The hinges open with a satisfyingly smooth action, while hinting towards the brutalist inspiration of this piece.

The thick oiled oak carcass of this sideboard has an eye-catching weight when combined with the hand cut finger joints. The sawtooth relief cut into the doors displays the complexity of this wonderful material. Or is available with plain panel doors for a cleaner look. Asymmetrical drawers offer useful storage alongside the main cupboard.
