John Eadon

Bio

John Eadon is an artist, designer and craftsman with over 15 years experience working with wood. Based from a workshop studio in rural Warwickshire he creates contemporary furniture using a combination of traditional and modern techniques. Specialising in solid wood furniture John works with responsibly sourced and certified temperate hardwoods predominantly grown in the UK and Europe, personally selecting the timber for each piece.

Often collaborating with private clients and interior designers on bespoke furniture, John also creates unique studio pieces as well as designing and making made to order and small batch furniture collections. Careful observations of the natural world and how we interact with our lived environments informs the sense of judgement and proportions in all John’s work. Furniture as artistic expression, redacted form and functional object, combining to produce unique pieces with a lasting timeless aesthetic.
